I've been to Niagara Falls several times, but all the photos were lost somewhere along the way. It's still a rush to see that much water in motion at one time. Although highly commercialized, it's still one of the Wonders of the World. Enjoy the photos and listen for the sounds. (please wait for the page to load, graphic intensive.)

Where the water ends is straight down.

The Niagara River takes a dip.

The Niagara river rages forward

Chipping away about three inches a year

These are from the American side

Forever falling

Must be Steamboat Willie down there

The Maid of the Mist

Manmade falls, Canadian power plant

Lake Erie ship wreck

The Canadian side

The Drop

Over the edge

Canadian Steamboat Willie

Two Panoramas

Both sides

Grand Island

American Falls from Canada

Watching from Grand Island

The bridge where I took the first photo

Beware falling rocks

Niagara Falls, NY skyline

Canadian Maid of the Mist

These powerful beacons light it up at night

Viewing platform on the American side

Taken by a kind Oriental man.
I carried two disposable cameras with me for
helpful people to take my photo in various places.

So there you have the photos I took while visiting the Falls. I hope you enjoyed them. Thank you.
Music is "Old Man River"
